(referred to hereafter
as 'STG'), has a long standing history of providing only top
quality material that is in full compliance with ASTM - ANSI - AWCI
standards. |

| Every
specification we ship has a highly detailed Product Data Sheet
available that indicates all applicable standards and tolerances. To
access the Product Data Sheet which is applicable to the material
you ordered please visit the
main products
page then
select the correct product group which you originally selected your
material from. When you have located the product left click on the
appropriate 'PDS' link which will take you to the Product Data
Sheet. |

| 1.0 To Request
a Return: |
| 1.1 In the
unlikely event the product (material specification) you received
(that was previously described in detail on your 'Price and Delivery
Quotation', the 'Order Acknowledgement' that was sent following the
receipt of your order which requested that you carefully review the
order documentation including the product description, order
quantity and the delivery address, asking that you notify us
immediately if any changes are required and finally the 'Packing
List' that was attached to your shipment) was not what you
ordered, we will gladly refund the purchase price in addition to
the return freight costs providing: |

| 1.2 You have
notified us the material you received was defective within five (5)
days following your receipt of the order. |
|
| 1.3 The material
was not cut or altered in any way after you received it.
|
|
| 1.4 You have
requested and received a "Returned Goods Authorization" (RGA).
See Line 2.0 "How to Obtain a Returned Goods Authorization" below.
|
|
| 1.5 The return
packaging must be either: The original packaging the shipment was
received in or The packaging you utilize for the return is
sufficient to prevent any damage to the material in handling and
during the return shipment. |
|
| 1.6
The
RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages. It
must also be on any paperwork, packing slips, or delivery receipts.
If there is no RGA number visible on the package, the package may be
refused and sent back at the Purchaser's expense. |
|
| 1.7 The shipment
must be sent to the correct delivery address which was provided on
the RGA you received. |
|
| 1.8 The material
must be received at the return address as specified on the RGA
within 30 calendar days following your receipt of the RGA. |
|
| 1.9 In the
event the material you wish to return is not found to be defective
following our receipt of the returned material and inspection, a 30%
restocking fee will apply. |
|
| 2.0 How to
Obtain a Returned Goods Authorization: |
|
| 2.1
Promptly call STG Customer Service at
800.440.6374 (we
can also be notified by E-Mail to
sales@wovenwire.com)
and request a Returned Goods Authorization. At this time, you will
be asked to answer pertinent questions relating to the returned
items. We
ask that you have the following information ready: |
|
| 2.2 Company name
and contact name that ordered the material. |
|
| 2.3 The complete
delivery address including Country, City, State and Zip or Postal
Code. |
|
| 2.4 Requestors
Contact information including Telephone, Fax and E-Mail Address |
|
| 2.5
Any/all purchase order numbers related to the item in question. |
|
| 2.7 Complete description as to the reason for the return. |
|
| 2.8
After the
information is received by STG, we will
promptly process your RGA and
send it your
fax number or email address. |
|
| 2.9
RGA
numbers will not be given verbally over the phone. |
|
|
| We
May Update This
Agreement |
| These
Material Return Policies and Conditions
may change.
Your use of the Site indicates that
you agree to these terms.
As these terms and conditions may be changed or updated, your
continued use of the Site will mean that you accept those changes.
You choose whether or not you use of this Site. If you do not agree
to all of these Terms, please do not use
